Introducing Bonnie Weber, Owner of The Pilates Garden and Personal Training Studio. I began my journey in the health field as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) specializing in geriatrics. In 1994, I became a Certified Personal Trainer and quickly put my knowledge into practice at various local gyms and studios, working with clients of all ages and abilities. Before long I started my own business, training people in the comfort of their own home. Being physically fit saved my life. Literally. I had just discovered Pilates when my life suddenly and drastically changed one day. In February, 2004, I suffered a large aneurysm rupture that required emergency brain surgery. Afterwards, I was unable to lift anything heavier than a fork or exercise for six months. For the first time, I experienced what life would be like without the gift of health. According to my brain surgeon, being physically fit saved my life. This inspired me to maintain a high level of fitness and strive to help others do the same. My passion and profession are rooted in fitness. Through hard work and dedication, I was able to complete a full comprehensive Classical Pilates Certification in July 2007. In 2008, I opened The Pilates Garden and Personal Training Studio in Wayne, PA, where I currently practice and teach in my fully equipped studio. While many clients share my love for Pilates, I encourage, practice and teach all divisions of physical fitness. My goal is to share my passion by developing programs that excite, challenge and motivate my clients to live life to the fullest. Credentials: Master Personal Trainer, Camden County Community College / Montgomery County Community College. Expertise in special populations with varied abilities or limitations.
